Day 200 – Piecing together a pink version of the Changeling. I’m unsure about the surprised expression. My daughter only likes creatures that smile. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 199 – Faux fur vest is a bit oversized, but she loves it anyway. “Me, pink!” She can wear/love it for years. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 198 – So close to finishing this faux fur vest for my toddler. A more experienced sewer would have known that you can’t sew up all sides and the arm holes and then turn it right-side out. Arghh. I really dislike ripping stitches out. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 195 – Success! I had to make another shirt because I ruined the first. But white board markers and crayons work well and erase easily. Yay. Now for a pink version… (Taken with Instagram)

Day 194 – Finished the Changeling t-shirt. I used thin white vinyl for the drawing surface, which does not work very well with washable ink pens. And ironically once the ink dries, it does not wipe off easily. More testing needed. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 192 – Some experiments will remain just that. But they still count as creative time, as strange and useless as they may be. (Taken with Instagram)
