Day 346 – More simple t-shirt alterations. These have become staples of my wardrobe. Long, fitted, and super comfortable. The remnants aren’t wide enough to make long sleeves, but I may use them to add appliqués or other embellishments.

Day 345 – Altered an XL t-shirt and added “bird on a wire” stitching and appliqué to the bottom. Since these late night iPhone self-portraits are so poorly lit and shot, you’ll just have to take my word for it…

Day 343 – Once the Christmas decorations are put away, we will adorn our front picture window with snowflakes for the winter season. Adin and I experimented with a few different materials – cellophane, copy paper, vellum, tissue paper, and origami paper. By far, the easiest to fold and cut was the origami paper. Wrapping paper also works well if you don’t mind the colors and patterns. We prefer pure, natural white.

Day 342 – Finished the alternate Changeling plushy. I like the larger writable/wipe-able surface and the simpler shape. But it is still not exactly right. Onward!

Day 341 – Almost finished a plushy today in addition to all the wrapping and organizing and arranging and other miscellaneous duties expected of a Santa helper. Silent Night. Joy to the World. ☺

Day 340 – Made another Changeling t-shirt because the original was accidentally bleached in the wash. I had planned on giving a Changeling plushy and t-shirt to the girls for Christmas, but it may not happen.

Day 339 – Today I finally finished those cards, which are really belated Thank You’s for my birthday. I also made a few more ornaments as keepsakes for my girls.
