Day 159 – After digging into my faux fur collection for my daughter’s birthday, I wanted to make something with it. So I’ve cut out pieces for a hot pink fur vest for my toddler (who is pink obsessed.) (Taken with Instagram)

Day 158 – Detail from an unbroken line doodle that I plan to color during a long road trip. Mindless and relaxing. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 157 – Remnants of the birthday party. Last minute decor ideas I am proud of – covering framed wall art with neon posterboard heart and peace sign cutouts, and covering the 8×10 area rug with a collage of bright colored faux fur pieces. Nope, I didn’t remember to photograph any of it. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 156 – Well the neon/glow dance party is a success so far. They decorated white t-shirts with fluorescent Sharpies. My 2 yr old decorated herself with Sharpies too. Oops. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 155 – Finished and hung 10 neon posterboard lanterns. The dance party decor will be complete with pixelated wall art using neon ‘Post its,’ neon poster board covering all windows, black lights, neon balloons, and lots of glow bracelets, wands, etc. So fun! (Taken with Instagram)

Day 154 – Making neon paper lanterns for my daughter’s birthday party. Many more neon decorations to be created before Saturday. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 152 – Made a sit-upon with my daughter for her camping trip – just purple duct tape over plastic sheeting wrapped around a foam pad. Easy. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 151 – Sketch idea for a sunken fire pit garden area. (Taken with Instagram)

Day 150 – Back to drawing. A little progress on the children’s book. (Taken with Instagram)
