Day 76 – Finished another sketch for the children’s book. My daughter asks “Mom, I like your drawings but,..when are you going to add color?” Sigh. (Taken with instagram)

Day 75 – More sketch ideas for dog carriers. This was a diversion from the real problem of the day – filling up blank space with details. I’m stuck and can’t finish the sketch from Day 72. (Taken with instagram)

Day 74 – Finished the little backpack! Perfect size for an iPad, sketchbook, and other small essentials. (Taken with instagram)

Day 73 – Made some progress on the upholstery fabric backpack…only because my daughter keeps asking when I’ll be finished so she can have it. (Taken with instagram)

Day 72 – Working on another sketch for a page in the children’s book. It is challenging to draw the same little girl on different pages and have them look like the same person. (Taken with instagram)

Day 71 – A bloodle (blob doodle). I had to set aside the backpack because I am struggling with turning the straps right side out. Darn upholstery fabric. (Taken with instagram)

Day 70 – Finally making that backpack from Day 45. This upholstery fabric may be the death of my sewing machine. (Taken with instagram)

Day 69 – Sketch idea of an installation entitled “The Crying Booth.” (Taken with instagram)
